Brief
With Banner, City and Islington college not only achieved but exceeded their hardware requirements.
As a long term partner to City and Islington college, we continually meet their workplace products and services' needs. When it came to reviewing hardware, including desktops PC's, Laptops and tablets, we helped the college define and refine their technology requirements and reduce spend of budgetary pressures.
Solution
We arranged for joint meetings with Lenovo, Dell and Hewlett Packard to gain in-depth insights into the colleges technology strategy. We supplied a large number of devices, included pricing for imaging, asset tagging and installation and arranged for a cool off agreement.
The roll out, which was carefully managed by a dedicated Banner national account manager over three months, was enhanced by our supply of asset tagging for all devices. We provided asset tagging on a sample 350 units leading to a significant cost saving for the college by holding stock for three months the college achieved a further saving of over £1,800.
